An innovative new tourism company was launched in Quebec this summer,which combines cycling and nautical tourism in one vacation. The “BateauVelo,” tours were developed by Latitude 45º Nord based on a similarconcept in the Netherlands. Cyclists ride their bikes during the day alongriver bike trails and dine and overnight on a boat, which follows themfrom location to location.
